Bishop Michael T. Martin is asking all parishioners in the Diocese to complete the Disciple Maker Index (DMI). It is a survey that:

Invites parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship

Enables parish leadership to make data-driven decisions for their parish

Helps parishioners grow in their faith.

What's the Purpose?
This survey will provide feedback on how St. Luke and the diocese are performing in key areas, such as discipleship and growth. It will tell us our strengths as a parish and opportunities for growth.
Who can Participate?
Registered St. Luke parishioners 18 and older are invited to participate. It is not one per household; rather, we are looking for responses from all age groups. The survey is available in 17 languages.
How Much Time Does it Take?
The multiple-choice survey only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete online and is entirely confidential. Parishes will only receive a summary of the responses. While completing the survey online is recommended, we will have a few paper copies available at the church office if needed. The deadline for completion is April 8.
